Yoga is so much more than just physical movement. It is the teaching of embodied life energy. This is not something we can learn from a book or DVD or an on line class. These may be useful tools along the way but the key to learning about oneself is to open up deeply, honestly and trustingly to another person/ teacher. We may choose different teachers at different times, but personal connection is the key to opening the door to our innermost self where our internal ultimate teacher dwells.
